BIRCHCASTLE HOMES

BirchCastle Homes was established in 2007 by founder members Neil Birch and John Castle.  Both have a wealth of experience in Design, Construction and Development.  It was seen as a natural progression to use this knowledge to create a company that will develop property to a high standard.  It was perceived that the business would grow at a steady pace ensuring best practices are used at all times.

Goals of quality buildings, design excellence are an important part to ensure our developments are to a higher standard than the national house builders.  It was a necessity to obtain NHBC certification to ensure that our work met the highest standards.

Director - Neil Birch BSc

Neil is responsible for the financial, marketing and planning aspects of the business.

Technical Director – John Castle Beng (Hons)

John is responsible for the Design and Project construction aspects of the business
